Ballet-Inspired Workouts for Adults and Teens

Whether you are a ballet lover, were are a dancer as a child, are still a dancer or have no idea what ballet is all about and just want an exciting new workout, we have a ballet-styled class you’ll love!

Classes include:

  • Ballet Reformer - Ballet-inspired reformer workout (Ballet Pilates)

  • Ballet Centred - Ballet centre work inspired + conditioning + cardio

Dancers cross-train in various ways to keep their bodies in peak condition and to prevent injury. Taking ballet or dance classes alone, though helpful, does not always allow the full attention the body requires to train specific muscle groups for high levels of strength, stability and flexibility.

Our ballet fitness classes are designed for most bodies, for stamina, to strengthen and lengthen dancer specific muscle groups, for injury prevention and to improve posture, like a dancer would.

Classes are dance focused and fun, infused with elements of ballet and Pilates techniques, while keeping the everyday person in mind. Anyone can try these classes, they are not only for dancers or athletes. Train and tone the full body, while feeling like a dancer - safely, within the limitations of the natural body, effectively and enjoyably.

BALLET REFORMER: Ellerslie

Ballet Reformer is a ballet-inspired reformer workout or ballet Pilates. In an intimate setting with only 2 clients at a time and taught by a certified Pilates instructor. Book with a friend or experience individualized attention with a beautiful but challenging ballet twist. Ballet and Pilates experience is not necessary for Ballet Reformer classes, but it can be helpful.

Difficulty Level: Low - Advanced (depending on each client's needs and ability)
